I was apprehensive about the weather that day. The forecast was in the 3-digits and the light was strong - making my backdrop contrasted. I arrived on location fully prepared, bracing myself for weather conditions that would likely challenge my creativity

Though as the elopement ceremony began, a thin veil of clouds moved in, taming the blazing sun just perfectly, and at that very moment, an unexpected desert breeze picked up, cooling our brows and making Brittany’s hair and dress flow in the light.

After making their bride & groom portraits in the Arizona Superstition Mountains and bearing witness to a stunning sunset show, I walked back down the trail, looking up in gratitude, completely blown away by the ideal conditions that had aligned before us.
